Lions Club Food Drive at Bohemia Mining Days

Cottage Grove Lions Club will be celebrating "Christmas in July" by collecting nonperishable food donations at Bohemia Mining Days. To donate, look for the Lions Club food barrels at the Main St Entrance to Bohemia Mining Days during event hours. Most Needed Items Include: Masa, cake mix, cooking oils, stuffing, broth, canned fruit, corn, green beans, cranberry sauce/berries, evaporated milk, frosting, olives, pumpkin, and sweetened condensed milk. The summer months see the lowest amount of food donations for food collection initiatives across the board. The Cottage Grove Lions Club is hoping to help supplement that gap with the “Christmas in July Food Drive.” Together, we can spread some of that holiday spirit year-round!
