Leo Moon is the solo incarnation of actor, singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Brian Adrian Koch. California born and Oregon raised, Brian has been active in the Portland theater, film & music scene since arriving in 2000. He is a current and founding member of indie rock band Blitzen Trapper (2000 - present), and formerly of psychedelic folk duo Dead Lee (2017-2023). Appearing now as a solo acoustic performer, his minimal and haunting cinematic urban-prairie tunes are stripped down paeans to the glorious absurdities of life; harmonica spattered psalms to the void. Leo has most recently opened for English troubadour Wesley Stace & Minnesota's Wild Horses as well as appearing at Shady Pines Festival in Sandy OR and an upcoming appearance at Portland Folk Festival in January 2025. He is preparing to release a full length solo album, The Fool.
